Permits For Sale?

Has anyone heard of any cases were the currenlty issued government servants vehicle permits have been available in the market?

Of couse there are clauses about it not being transferrable... but is it that strict? Is it worthwhile trying to buy one?

For Govt servents,Head of Dept is responsible for the record keeping of the employees permit based car.Since Govt is so strict on revenues and taxes these days,there is going to be a special monitoring unit to reccee on previlaged cars! Not worth selling the permit and buying too!

Try the JHU they dont sell permits but give them to you if you give them money!
