Sri Lanka Motor Cycle Club To Celebrate 60th Anniversary

Sri Lanka Motor Cycle Club (SLMCC) to conduct a grand circuit meet at Katukurunda to celebrate its 60th year of continuous motor racing in Sri Lanka on 4’th of November 2007.

The event will include several classes of standard and racing motor cycles, standard and modified racing cars, super car events and for the first time this year two classes of formula racing.

The SLMCC in making every endeavor to make this meet a memorable and spectacular event and a large spectator attendance is expected.

The event will be telecast by popular TV channels and a record number of entries is expected with all top riders and drivers billed to display their skills at this mega event.

Entries are to open beginning October and close mid October and all street racers, stunt riders and drivers and local drag racers are invited by the SLMCC to show off their special skills at this opportune event.
