maikk99
Hi want your valuable feed back o this My car is a Corrolla Luxul 1.8L 2002. Very recently I crossed 100,000km milestone and now i realize that the digital odometer ( only the mileage is digital, speedo meter and tacho meter are analog) does not support 6 digits sine it is now showing the reading as 00 010km. Does any one has similar expereinces or could it be that the LCD display has an issue I have seen corolls G grade with 100,000Km+ mileages pls give me the feed back thanks Mike
SeanD
That's weird...I would imagine 5 digit odometers came to an end somewhere in the mid 1980s...Probably a fault of your display

This is a common trick done by some crooked importers to make their cars appear to have low mileage. They simply blank out the first digit digital of the digital Odometer display. Used to be common practice of a well known car sale in Welisara.

Not see in in newer vehicles though. Edited July 9, 2009 by milindu
