nehe machang i won't be around tooo thats the major issue and by the way its in oman where theres no rain but the case is the winter is going to start soon then its a different ball game but hte garage is nice with AC .....but it seems we have to change the holiday timings or else forget about the cars ..... i do love the crovatte alot with the Z06 racing package its a monster drive but its really hard on the pocket ..... if they leave me with petrol money i will be king of the rock until they come back ...

i agree with rippy on riding on rainy days its loads of fun specially when you ride through pot hole i think no need to lock horns on bikes and Subaru's even a maduruwa can be dangerous in the hands of a stupid wanabe racer ...... and he is not only risking his life but others who are watching imaging this guy who ride this bike crashed to a crowd who came to watch .... damn that would be headline news for the newspaper .... a genuine racer will always know his limits and of his machine and never cross the line cos he know it will always end in disaster

its a crovatte,BMW 325i,peugeot 407,VW Gti and a LR3 the problem we are going to face is theres no one to drive thesecos the full family is leaving on holiday and all the babies will be resting in the garage for quite some time un attened thankz alot guys on the tips if theres anyhing special to do please let me know ... thankz again on the helpful tips really do appriciate it

guys ... some one who is close to me is leaving his country for around 6 months and he has to leave his car behind and there's no one capable enough to drive it around here so it will just be sleeping in the garage until he returns. the guy is has no idea what so ever how to prepare his car for a long hibernation and i have no idea what so ever on what to do or where to start, so ..please i need some advice on what to do to a car before you park it and leave for a long period and is there any special precautions you must take if its a petrol or a diesel and what effects does the climate have on long term parking and is this long term parking effect on the overall performance of the car if so how to minimize it thanks a lot

wel done vvti machang .... i can really see how you feel about the beemer .... you cannot put it better than that ... i've been a lovely dad to my beemer for almost close to 2 years now and it has been a fun drive its a 325i and every time you get into it you feel like theres something special and it makes your day more brighter when the day is done and your fed up with work it gives you the pleasure of driving it back home in the motorway or in the twisty service roads and now and then the sleeper can burst into fire and kick some ass of some wana bee racer and make him loose his mind when you smoke when he least expect and you can take your date to a italian Restaurant late night without thinking will you fit in with the croud .... its very practical car for a normal guy .... i love it

the plates are from oman mate ur spot on mean green lower the number its more expencive specially number 1 will go for a whopping 500mil cos over here people who have the numbers are already rich and they really don't care on how much they have to pay to get what they like ..... and damn is it 100k .... i knew it was special from the very first time i saw it ..may be it was the owner of toyota / lexus OMAN the bugger became a big shot from Zero cos he owns the biggest toyota showroom and service station in the world after Japan and big boss of toyota personally came down to oman to witness the opening ....

went to the service station to pick up a friends car and see what we bumped into no idea on what this is but i love it .... may be some one can shed some light on this matter ..... guess its a very expencive car cos it has a number plate which worths around 200Mil srilankan rupees ....

thankz machang for the info about the technical but if the DSG is new would the mekkas in the local places know how to fix them ... and on the other hand alot of people are not that quick to grab the newest techno gizmo when it comes to automobile cos specially the new ones always have problems on there début and it takes some time to fine tune it and when the manufacture is done with it we are broke repairing our gadget several times .... but are there any other famous cars having this gear box ? guess there's TSI for of the golf V6 R32 never really focused on that part much cos our eyes were firmly stuck on the price tags not on the specs. after all the specs come after the price when ur trying to buy a car after braking your piggy bank i think thats called the 20R but over here we call it the scirocco R its a killer car too bad we have very few running on the road still prices can differ if your consulting a gray importer but these were the showroom prices from the agent

finally went to the showrooms and checked the prices of the cars which we had in mind VW scirocco is around 40,000 $ the VW gold Gti is around 30,000 $ and the much more powerful V6 R32 model of the golf is around 38,000 $ so when we were coming back we were thinking if we are going to buy a VW it will surely be a second hand Gti for a price no more than 20,000 $ and the sctrocco is out from the list due to lack of money (damn thats a nice car and really loved the test drive) cos there's really no use of buying a second best euro sports car brand new when you have the class leader the BMW M3 second hand for the same price tag the astra and the clio are good cars too that we were thinking about but for the lack of customer support those were dropped from our is even before we went for the hunt
