  1. Looks like a Suzuki Cappuccino.
  2. The Opel/Vauxhall Corsa A came with the same engine. Google Corsa 1.5 Diesel and you're bound to get hits. Also, are you attempting to replace the timing belt yourself?
  3. Giddy like a school girl; new season Castle, HIMUM, plus Revolution Alphas and Bones!

  4. Please pack up your soapbox and go home.
  5. This is an offroad vehicle no? A sand rail or something? Nevermind, just found the Camaro it belongs to. The fuel cell in the front threw me off.
  6. I'd say Harrier (now Lexus). Small enough to navigate our fair roads, and comes with more bells than anything else, plus sublime comfort and quiet.
  7. I wonder how insurance would go for this. I mean if the car _was_ in the recalled batch, and not fixed, then would the insurance company make a noise stating the car was recalled for this very issue thus no claim will awarded..?
  8. Wait, are we talking a Miura from the 60's? I have so many questions!
  9. And the irony is one would've spent less than that on a 20 year old BMW for the same period of ownership.
  10. WTF is a 'roof canape'??

    1. Simplelife

I hope not. There's a raped honda beat with one of them roofs.

  11. Nope, never liked the princess nor the ice queen. More than the reliability of RBR, the new rules put a huge spanner in the works for them, and it evened out the playing field for everyone else.
  12. Missed it completely because I had forgotten synchronize the F1 calendar after I had updated the firmware on my phone, and didn't realize it till I was about 80kms away from home. It was Hami's race to take, shame about the mechanical failure But at least Button got podium and Alonso didn't win.
  13. True, but could very well apply to the car which caught fire, no?
  14. PC GPUs overtook the XBOX a long long time ago, but considering the fact that I have owned the same hardware since 2007 without the need for any upgrade means that I scoff at PC gamers. I used to be one in the late 90s/mid 2000s but then I got tired of spending 30-40k every 8 months to upgrade hardware. Also, one can purchase an 4GB XB360 for the the price of a top end VGA card. Edit: But yeah, already started saving my pennies for the new XB
  15. Best use for a Prius. Ever. Screenshot taken from my new favourite show, 'Revolution', just began this week.
  16. onoes, raped vios
  17. The rear reminds of the ship from Land of the Giants
  18. I think he's looking for the options codes for the specific trim he's interested in. Nothing to worry about, and in fact that's the only to identify the original trim level of the vehicle, bar possessing the vehicle purchase invoice and option sheet.
  19. Not the same thing?
  20. I doubt it will be noticeable unless you're aiming for Vmax. Why not google the transmissions (current and potential) and compare ratios? If everything else stays the same, it should be straight forward maths. IMO, shorter gears > taller gears for our roads. Acceleration is king.
  21. The Galaxy player is hardly up to snuff when compared with an iPod touch. If I wanted a good PMP for the price of a Galax player 5.0, I could and would (once my Zune dies) go for a Cowon X7, which is far superior to the Galaxy player when it comes to sound (which is what matters to ME when choosing a PMP). As for the iPad mini, you're joking right? Why would I want to buy a device that Steve Jobs dismissed? The only reason Apple decided to come out with a smaller iPad is because Steve wasn't quite the messiah everyone believed him to be, and he was wrong in dismissing 7" tabs. Apple is really feeling the crunch of Android, and their latest offering is just as I had predicted; unless they pull something really shiny out of their collective butts for the iphone 5 they're going to be in trouble. Besides, I already have an Android tablet. Oh and I do have apple devices, two 5G iPods, but they're both running Rockbox, because like all of Apple's software (and also another reason why I won't be caught dead using an iPad), the original firmware was just too restrictive and people found a new and creative way to put the brilliant hardware Apple always designs to their proper use.
  22. Meanwhile in Texas... http://jalopnik.com/5944568/is-a-15+year-old-texan-girl-driving-this-ultra-rare-lamborghini-to-high-school?utm_campaign=socialflow_jalopnik_facebook&utm_source=jalopnik_facebook&utm_medium=socialflow
  23. Wouldn't the effect be the opposite of what you're worried about? You'd be shifting into a lower ratio quicker and staying in the same gear for longer since the bigger engine has more torque?
  24. I hear you. Already have an Asus Transformer as a tab, and our company uses Google Apps, so way ahead of you as far as using Google drive, contacts, calendar goes I won't be using iCal, instead I'll be using Activesync, which Google supports completely (even regular accounts, not just Google Apps). Even my tab and phone are setup to use Activesync for mail rather than gmail, I guess because coming from the pre-Android era I've gotten used to Activesync from the Windows Mobile days.
  25. Not a phone, but it's worth mentioning there's a new ipod touch released with the iphone as well. It comes with a dual core cpu now, and I am seriously considering getting one to use as a PDA, thus relegating the mobile to what it was meant to be when Motorola first cooked up the idea.
