Did you notice they've only changed the min RON number for both 90 and 95 oct? A lot more subtle differences should exist between the two fuels, looks like they haven't even bothered testing and just copied some values from another place and published. Atleast all JDM GDI engines are designed for 100 octane

If that's your final choice, obviously the VTEC EK3 with it's 130hp SOHC 16 valve D15B which is better than 110hp SOHC 12 valve 4G15 in the CK2, while weights are quite similar, and you get the added front and rear double wishbone suspension for better handling. Go for a SiR sedan, it's in a similar price range as a Vi-RS EK3

As Chooti Putha said, you should be looking at SiRs/Type Rs, not normal Civics Or else, the fastest AFAIK should be the Pulser VZR, more specifically the N1, but don't dream about it cuz Peri won't give it
