I've seen few of these cars on the road. Considering the price and options i think it would be a good buy in that price bracket . It would be better if you can do a test drive, after all it's you who would be driving and living with it . Also check the availability of spares
The Kelisa A/T EZi does about 12 kmpl in the city with A/C. Outstation it does about 15 kmpl. Fuel consumption depends on the condition of the car, driving style and many other factors.
If it's the brand what your are referring to, it would be better if you can go for something like "Bosch","Philips" or "Autoguage" .If not go for a brand like "Xeonn". If it's the bulb type u are referring to, I think its H4 for the projector beam
I've heard that they don't have stocks of Philips HID kits at the moment. So you will have to order it and it might take some time i guess bro.I think it would be better to do some Ebay shopping or try ordering it online
Stafford has advertised CITY,CRV and Civic 1.6 for the permit. Check them out too. Anyway it's your money and it's you whose gonna drive it. So it would be better if you take all the cars within your budget for a test drive and select the one which suits you
Were these pics taken after the adjustments??. Yah check it in rainy conditions. For us 8000k is fine even on rainy days(* Might be because of the fogs). Also did u get LED parking bulbs??
Bro the person whose was in critical condition has also passed away. Heard that they had tried to avoid a three wheeler. But they might have been drunk
As Stig stated i too think it's something to do with wiring then. Did you fix it by yourself?
There should be a constant power line for the clock.I guess something must be wrong with it

Bro as said by Stig try removing the Radio from the din mounts and try it. As your dash board is made of made metal,if the body of the radio touches it a negative ground is created. Hence current must be flowing through it.
Bro its not the power its the temperature. The 10 000k ones produce more glare than 8000k ones. And also HIDs on non projector housing would scatter light all over the road. That too varies from reflector to reflector
It has a higher driving position which gives a good view. And also its spacious. No idea about fuel efficiency. The re-sale value would be low as it isn't a popular vehicle. The best thing is to let your wife sit in the vehicles which are within your budget and let her decide as said by a fellow member. After all she would be one whose driving it.
