      no issue. 32 bit compatible.

      i use a 2.6GHZ Dual Core, 2GB ram machine with 32bit Win 7 and having no issues. well 64bit is only useful if youa re gonna run 64bit softwares(which are mostly developer level S/Ws) if not 64bit is useless, it just sucks in more ram

      oh bdw if you are gonna use more than 3GB of ram you need 64bit Windows
