Ok Then i'll start like this.i have only little experince on hyundai vehicles. Just my 2 cents. one of my friends got a Hyundai accent 1.3 one with KC # Yom 2003 i guess. it has done around 33K on ODO when we got it.Manual gear ac/ps/ Power shutters on front doors,power anternna.it's a lift back model with rear wiper.when we got it feel the pulling power is very low & did a EFI tune up. changed the spark plugs & etc with branded ones. after it was nice. good on acceleration,pick up good, fuel consumption around 12-14 with a\c. after that didnt do any repeair now the odo is around 42K. few days back had to chnaged the clutch plate & pressure plates.i guess this is due to the place which his garage placed. 1300cc engine is not enough for that plc.anw thats a short story about 1.3cc accent. my personal feeling yes it's a good car good on fuel good interior avarage comfortable if you can find a well maintained one.

my opinion is for the floor board if you have the original carpets put some ( panu carpets) nylon carpets on that & do clean them atleast one in a fortnight. Try to keep them original. No idea about seat covers.

i'll just add my 2cents. This was happen to me also when i had a Toyota DX. i show it to a Paint men. what he did was he washed it with car wash & keep it to dry under direct sun light. after apply a thing like brasso, it'a not brasso. it's coming with a white colour bottle cost is around 400-500 & rubbed it with a soft cloth after apply some wax job was done. didnt do any paint job. you just contact a good paint men & get his advice.
