Yep that's the one. I saw it on the road once and I think it was LHD, can't remember correctly though, maybe it was converted. So, Jterminator, unless you plan to convert to RHD, doesn't seem to be possible to bring a Mustang down here anymore

Add to that the relative difficulty of driving a LHD car on Sri Lankan roads. Overtaking, etc would be difficult, if not plain dangerous. But there is an old 70s Mustang in SL I think, correct me if I'm wrong

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by biofuels, but if what one of my Katubedda uni friends tells me is true, SL will not need to rely on fossil fuels from abroad in a couple of years, thanks to some research being done here. Anyway that's a while coming if at all, and until then we'll be suffering. No need to wait till the end of the year for it to reach Rs100 either.

Friend of mine had one, beautiful car. However, reliability=shit. It spent more time in the garage than on the street. Another time one of the wheels came off at 60kmph. And it wasn't that the wheel hadn't been fixed correctly either, some problem with the axle apparantly. Company was full of apologies and fixed it free, but by that time my friend had enough and sold it He said the Selespeed feature was not smooth at all, may have been a problem with the individual car

The beta version of this you couldn't even see SL. And the pics were so old another dude pointed out to me that you could see a fire in some middle-eastern country, which took place some 4 years ago. Now the pics atleast are clear over parts of SL, maybe they will improve later. Works awesomely for USA though, all you need to do is put the street address

Sorry to bring this up again, but I saw another new Mazda 6(purplish colour) with garage plates at the Kollupitiya junc on Saturday. Couldn't see who was driving it, but I guess the owner should have read this thread before busting whatever amount on the 6 Oh and it didn't look as nice as the ones I see in the US, mainly because of the colour and the lack of a spoiler. Cudn't get a pic though

I also got a job done at a small place in Borella, guy is a bit better as he uses 2k Paints(has a spraying thing), used to work at spraymech. Also did a superb job, and I reffered my friend who got his paint job messed up by the agents to him. He fixed it up, good price too. Sometimes these small places can do as good as any reputed place. Afterall, if the people that work at reputed places were not working there, they'd probably have their own small places as well

But hey you may be able to get it done cheaper at one of these small joints(and may get lucky with the price), but make sure they don't mess up your car in the process(such as swap parts). Also metallic colours will cost more, but I'm not sure how much more Its hard to estimate like that, best to visit places from Spraymech downwards and ask for an estimate
