    Was driving infront of galleface in the left lane.suddenly a car did a U-turn &I applied brakes & swept 2 the left as there were no vehicles in the side.Heard a thundering noise & looked in the left mirror 2 see a tuk who was behind me, rolling & turned upside down on the pavement.5 police officers were there & stopped me.the car was not damaged but the police took my contact details and told me to go. why did they take my contact details? (license was not taken)

      I know right.. it was all slow motion happenning.. i managed to see alot during that 1 second period.. the 1 second was like 5 seconds long i felt it happenning in slow motion...can someone explain this theory of slow motion during an accident?
