    Guys for the no objection letter and sellers ID card copy, can an all island JP sign and put the seal or should it be the JP or gramasevaka related to the area of the owners' address stated in the book?

      The JP/GS related to the area of the owners' address stated in the book. Once I faced the problem. Finally met the additional commissioner of DMT, then they called to the current owner and verified.

      In my case, my address was Embilipitiya, JP (all island) from Sooriyawawa and owner from Ambalangoda.
