    Wow. The legend is back!
  2. Twizy ain't no french word... er... is it? Mighty Thor challenging two little midgets... Did you know what Maruti's answer for the Raize is? It's called the Brezza! (Breeze) Carmakers are going bonkers with the letter Z
  3. Eh, semantics... I mean, glanz in german means "shine" in English, so, "glancing in the sun" = "shining in the sunlight" right? Are we twisting the rules now, is bezza a word play for "better"? I don't really mind 'cause I'm down to renault twizy ?
  4. Well obviously the seller wouldn't want the buyer to have high expectations about a quick delivery and receive bad feedback if the parcel gets delayed ne. That aside even the snail paced chinapost managed to deliver my Aliexpress orders within 2-3 weeks, I'd expect this to arrive within maximum 2 weeks
  5. Lets just get the $35 one down, I reckon it will take about 14 days max
  6. When the going getz tough the Hyundai getz going
  7. Glancing in the sun over there is a Starlet Glanza.
  8. You have a Swift noh? Can't believe you forgot the Chevrolet swift - The Cruze! (Cruise)
  9. Impress(ed) ? ( = Impreza )
  10. Wow, sensor going Kaput after just 25k kms?! Hope Mitsu fixed whatever was wrong with the sensors after they issued the recall mentioned in the above thread
  11. Are you sure that quote was for ONE sensor and not all 4 of them? ? Anyways, go for the OEM one if you're bringing one down. The seller has a good feedback rating too (100% for 17554 orders!) Wonder how long it would take for it to reach LK from UK.
  12. You could go for an OEM one for $35 https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F263250155117
  13. Well the sensor is advertised on the quick site for 7.5k - they say it's brand new OEM "quality" so probably not OEM. How much does it cost at the agent @K.o.N.o.S?
  14. According to the workshop manual (of the Lancer), it's not the EPS errors you should be looking at; the agent can check if the system is deliberately limiting the steering assist by checking the EPS ECU data against the values mentioned in the workshop manual using their proprietary scan tools, just like @Davy said. Then they'll be able to determine for sure if the EPS system is overheating for some reason.
  15. So I did some googling and it sounds like your EPS motor is overheating. https://forums.whirlpool.net.au/archive/1285053 Try doing some "dry steering" (turning the steering while the vehicle is stationary) multiple times and see if you lose the eps assist. The workshop manual of my car (Lancer) says:
  16. So what do you recommend to remove tar spots?
  17. If there are any tar marks those would be quite old, I haven't done a tar removal for about 2 years, figured it's time to look for any spots and get rid of them
  18. I'm going to look for tar marks and remove if there are any on the coming holidays, I used to use WD40 (got big ass pick-up/rally mud flaps installed which stopped me from cleaning glaringly visible tar marks every week!) but I've run out rn, have to buy a can before washing the car or will have to use Kerosene
  19. How do you remove tar marks off the car?
  20. I don't think 7 months of using water would cause rust that would cause clogging or leaks, just flush the radiator out and fill it with coolant
  21. $8 for 4 new caps... sounds like a good deal https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/n6LuZ77w
  22. Is the Moda any better than the Perodua Axia which could be bought brand new from thwe authorized agent for the same price? I haven't driven one
