have no heat,must replace blower motor or relay.don't know where it located or how to go about it.

not sure of your car but relays, fuses are usually either in the engine bay or behind the left and right kick panels in the cockpit.

Blower relay and fuses are usually behind the front passenger side kick panel on jap cars

but i would suggest you take the car to an electrician.
