one of my relative purchased a new vitz 1000cc car and its doing only 12.5 in the city area(Galle).Is this the normal or something wrong with his car?

Thats fine mate, in fact, if it did any more than that then I'd think somethings wrong with it (just kidding) thats what you'll get in city/traffic driving.

And as you can see jdnet has posted a link about this same topic, he found that link by using the "search" option on the top right of the screen (just under your profile name) try using that first and then if you can't find what your looking for, post it up. it'll be much quicker for you as well cheers
