guys i need some basic knwladg regrding car modifications. i hv an idea to buy a ck2 and mod it as i wish. i just need to know how much shuld i spend for it.

ma requirements

1.decent body kit

2.a beat barrel(i need only a good sound and a barrel which reduce fuel consumption only a bit.)

3.full body custom paint job

4.interior with decent mods which matches the exterior and need some grudges

5.tail lights which have used in modified cars(i dont know the name)

6.front 2 bucket seats.

7.good sound system with a jbl sub.

8.sunroof(only if it doesnt give any troubles after fixing(water leaking etc))

9.gud 16 or 17 inch wheels wit low profile tires.

can anyone give me the cost that i must spend over each of these approximately.

a good place to modify.

i'm not a car expert. but before few weeks i tried to find a CK2 with good condition. i searched Sunday lahipita and go around Colombo and out stations. what i found is modified CK2s have very cheap price than the cars that has original condition. for example i found modified ck2 (with evo6 body kit and advance sound system) and another one which has original condition. both are 1998, 300-, full option and others are also same. the cost of modified one is 10.25laks. cost of other car is 11.75laks. i had few experiences same as this on last few days. finally the decision is yours...:):):):) i think this small thing is useful for u

If you are going for a fiber body kit ,have all your original bumpers saved off, without incorporating the body kit to the original bumpers + don't alter any chassis or framework, that means your going to have a decent modification rather than the mihin lankas u get on the road :) .

mate.. i think its a bit too much what your trying to modify.. the era of modified cars are slowly dying now.. and there is no re sale value.. i suggest buy a CK2, EG8 or something and do the few basic modifications as

alloys, spoiler, and beat barrel..small stuff.. it keeps kinda the originality of the car and have a good resale value and also attraction in a normal level..

just my sugggestion mate :) peace
