I made a mistake by going through some documents published by our government about import duty calculation.

Needless to say those documents were meant for much higher intelligent beings than me.

Can somebody please tell me:

a) A 1800cc/petrol car less than 5 years old with CIF value 10,00 USD ==> How much tax

B)A 1800cc/petrol car more than 5 years old with CIF value 10,00 USD ==> How much tax

This law has been changed a long long time ago. Now you can only import cars that are less than 2 years old. Exception for classic cars and commercial vehicles. Cabs are defined as commercial vehicles.

This is my 1st post on AL! Hopefully many more to come.
