ok..this is what...one of my friend is gonna buy a Premio and he is not sure whether to go for a 1500 or 1800CC...he'll be driving mostly short distance( within kandy) and some people said that 1500CC would be better for short distance

what are your opinions??

1.5 is the suit for short distance drive without arguments.

I think we discussed this before!! Since i have the same vehicle which your friend is intending to buy 1.5l does really well on petrol for short distances since even i hardly get out of Colombo giving me 10 - 11 during rush hours.

i would go for the 1.8. premio is a bit of a heavy car and 1.5 would be underpowered imho.

don't really pump juice with a calculator in hand so not too bothere about a few litres getting burnt extra on the larger motor.

but that's jsut me :)

i'd say ask you friend to test drive both is possible and make a call.
