Will Policies Change Again ?

Yesterday one of my fried told me that government going to extend the used period again to 3 and half years. He also got this rumor from one of reliable and largest car sale dealer in SL. As we know they deal with policy makers to make what they want. He has told that the current 2 years rule will be changed after the local car sale owners cleared vehicles from their car sales. Is this true ?

imho...sl can't handle the influx of vehicles at present rates...our road network, fuel costs etc wont be able to handle it pretty soon

the tax cuts were supposed to aid in rapid development process. once they are reasonably achieved, my GUESS is that it will be taken out. Timeline, i have no idea.
