They are on the High Level (main) road itself.

From Nugegoda junction proceed towards Maharagama on the high level road (138 bus route) - You can ask any jhonny on the raod and they will direct u

Follow 2.5 Km on High Level Road towards Maharagama direction. Most of the spare parts stores are facing the High Level Rd. Use Google map and see, it's easy.

After you get to nugegoda,you proceed towards Maharagama.Pass the first colour lights after nugegoda,in the 138 route.Then you'll see a few spare part shops on the right side,by that time you'll reach a town,which is Delkada,if you go pass the traffic lignts further,there'll be many shops untill you reacn the Arpico.Its way easier than searching in Panchikawatta.Good Luck
