Autogear Problem

One of my cousine got a pajero with autogear. It delays to change the gear from 1st to 2nd. Engine goes in high RPM but doesnt change for correct time. Any one have a idea to solve this ???

try re-flushing the Auto Gear oil or check with a mechanic weather the speed of the engine is Tuned properly

sometimes improper engine tune-ups can cause this problem too.
