I am so sorry to hear about your ball set. Are your balls worn out or broken? When you use try to run it, the balls give that clicking sound, eh? I appreciate the value of balls, if they ain't right, the whole body ain't gonna stand right, let alone move right. Well, there's a garage at the top of Nawala road at Rajagiriya Junction. Don't laugh, but it's called seeman motors (no joke!) and a guy called sarath works there, I've seen him over some maintenance issues with older vehicles I've owned and IMHO he knows what he's doing when it comes to older vehicles (old balls). They operate a spares store next door which have a good supply of body parts and sets of balls.

Cost I don't have any idea but you can try wasantha motors and Willys motors in panchikawatte
