Applu for a credit card and a permit. Take a trip to Japan. GO to a car sale and pick a car. Thre just hand them the permit and your credit card and purchase the car. You need to make sure the car isn't more than an year old. The car sale would be able to ship the car out for you at no cost. When arrives you8 can clear it right away since you get special treatment for bieng a permit holder.

U must open an LC

u must confirm the valuation by the agent

sometimes u will have to chose a vehicle from a the net(with someone who does the importing) but it won't be the one u saw in the computer screen

if it's not u'r permit things r not that easy
