Importing A Toyota Camry From Australia

Hi Guys,

I'm currently in Australia and thinking of sending a Toyota Camry to Sri Lanka. The camry is locally manufactured by Toyota Australia. The base model that I am after is Camry 'Altise'. Specs found here: http://www.caradvice.com.au/597/toyota-camry-2007-specifications/

What I want to know is whether this Altise is the same (engine etc) as one of the Camry specs running in Sri Lanka. Dont want to get stuck with a model for which there are no parts in Sri Lanka.

Also, if there is anyone here who has gone through the process of importing a car from Australia, any advice will be appreciated.
