Need your opinion on Toyota Rush

I am willing to buy a Toyota rush in few months time so need your suggestions on following

1. Fuel consumption on Daily use within Colombo area

2. Do we have 2WD version or is it full time 4WD. Can we find a version where we can select before start running?

3. Is Terios better than Rush in fuel consumption?

Ara, my friend has one of these and he loves it. He says he gets 10-11km/l running in Colombo, although I don't he's using it in heavy traffic everyday, certainly he does a lot of driving in it. It is very comfortable, with posh trim like leather steering wheel, etc and he says it is full time 4wd. I've been in it several times and with it's comfort, ground clearance and looks, it is definitely on my list of possibles for the future. Can't comment on the terios, but I doubt that there is a big difference between them in terms of fuel consumption as toyota and daihatsu in are now one big happy family. maybe someone else or someone at softlogic can give some comment?
