Are all colors not working or just one, also is this only specific to one segment like speedo only or is the entire gauge cluster back lighting not working ?

If its just one its a blown bulb, if the entire color range is not working there could be a number of thing like loose connections, blown fuse, blown inverter.

First start with the fuse, look for a blown fuse and if you can find the fuse for the gauge cluster replace it with another one (if you don't have a spare one remove one of the same Amps from another fuse slot and put it).

Secondly remove your meter cluster and look for any lose connections, broken connectors, broken paths on the PCB.

If you still cant find any fault try replacing one of the bulbs in the cluster cause sometimes fuses don't work 100% accurately and could result in all of the bulbs being blown (happened to me once)

If all the above don't work chances are its an issue with the inverter.
