Best Method Of Changing Automatic Transmission Fluid?

What is the best method of changing automatic transmission fluid?

I have a 2001 bluebird sylphy (N16). Is it better to take the pan off, change the gasket, filter and fluid in the transmission, or No need to take the pan off?

Best method is using an ATF transfer flush unit since normal dripping draining method will not take fluid out from torque converter. Further manual method can easily damage the tranny IMPO.

Even Staffod does the same. Yesterday I got wife's Demio gear box oil changed manually at Auto miraj. They added a conditioner after filling Synthatic ATF. Is it a must?

There is a thing call torque converter inside the tranny. That contains approximately 1/3 of the total quantity.Gravity will not drain out ATF out from torque converter.
