Subaru Gc1 1997 Model.

Hi Guys,

Since i am new to the subaru i have noticed one thing in my car.

Very recently I have bought a Subaru Impreza car. there is a performance hit in 3rd gear it seems. basically when i pickup the car from 1st , 2nd & and then i shift to 3rd gear its not going fast as i pressng the accelator. i am not putting all the power. but as a basic ride i am trying to speed the car using 3rd gear but it wont get any performance. but when i shift it to 4th then again the pulling power is really good.

is this common in subaru gc1?

why not call the agent And find-out. From the very little experience I have had so far, Subaru agent is very reasonably priced, at least for labor. i suppose they won't charge for the diagnosis if it doesn't require removing parts. Let me know if you need the number of the engineer at the agent and I can send it across in a personal message.
