My 95 eg8 got manual mirros..i wish to upgrade as for power mirrors .. Is it possible..should i need to change whole set including mirrors..or can be fix with power mirrors kit only?? Then hw wil be?? Plz help

yes you can upgrade to power mirrors you need whole set power mirrors wire harness and power mirror switch.

As nexus said you need power mirror set and a switch or you can go step futher and make it double power and it needs mirror control relay additionly. Actually im in the process of converting my single power to double power(eg8) and waiting for the relay wich i bought from ebay. i think its useful to have retractable power mirrors cause i paid the price by not folding the mirrors manualy when parking and ended up with a retracted mirror in the wrong way! :D

yeah like nexus says can be done, price will be around 10,000 to 12,000 for double powered mirrors (make sure it is coz like H.C says its help full) and the switch will cost around $30 on eBay and Rs.2000~4000 at N.I.N in delkada if they have one.

ask a good electric guy to build a wiring hanest n make sure to use clips on all connections.

nice to hear machan ...hav u got power mirrors ..or hav u plzed it ??? then hw much did u cost for mirrors????and other stuffs???

I bought double power mirror set for 8500 from car smile auto - bellantara(dehiwala). Its difficult to find a eg double power switch and relay and the best way is to buy from ebay. You need to wire them and you can find few articles with pics in the net .

guys i need advice to bring down stuff from ebay.will i be taxed?i need head lights fogs n sports grill for my ek3.oh and also the power antenna unit

For me, all the stuff came to home except one occasion i had to go to nearest post office to clear a cammera bag , but no tax. i think you may have to pay taxes for stuff like headlights but i think its still cheaper.Most of the ebay sellers usually undervalue the item and they mark as gift in the package, so there is not much of a issue with light weight goods.

Actually i bought the power mirror control relay from ebay, and it costs about 30$ with usps air mail charges. I was able to locate a double power mirror switch ,locally with great difficulty. But if you are loking for a single power mirror switch, i can give my old switch for free :D .
