No dude... its not "wanei" its "wen".. something wrong with your sinhala font installation.. So all the kombui show after the letter its supposed to be linked with and not before. (its happened throughout the entire article if you didnt notice)... i know cos my office laptop has the same issue..

the article's about the advance booking of certain numbers. But the OP sees it as funny because his sinhala font is not installed properly hence, characters are jumbled up giving a dif meaning. Nothing wrong with the web-page itself.
