Hi All,

While driving on a gravel road in speed will say 60 KMP/h and when apply brake suddenly, is it normal that you get sound (like a motor is running) from the ABS unit of the car?

I'm not sure about how you say "sound from ABS unit", I was unable to HEAR such a sound from ABS unit itself. Normally you will feel it when ABS activates and the sound is is basically due to the brake on/off actions happenning on the wheels. because the ABS unit is nothing more than a pump and 4 independant values.
