How To Get A Registration Book For Yom 2000 Bike

Hi All,

One of my friends imported a bike in year 2000 from Japan. But still he didn't register the bike bcoz he worked in japan. But he came hear and he needs to use the bike. So is there any possibility to register this bike. Please mention your advises. ( I know there is another thread called "Vehicle Transferring And Registration Procedure" but the info in this thread doesn't fulfill my requirement)

As long as customs taxes etc are paid and its under 250, i would think that you can just go apply for registration. It's no different from a car that has been in a car sale unsold for 12 years and just sold :)
