Bigger Tires In Front Or Back?

I have two different sets of tires. 205/60R13 and 175/70R13.

question is which one i should put in front?

some people say it's better to have bigger tires on front since it's a FWD hatchback.

otheres say put them on back.

i have no idea at all. so i decide to ask from experts in here.

Diameter of tires are kinda same. 22. in and 22.6 in and Circumference is 71.2 in and 71.1 in.

( i know 205 is too big for a 1.3L hatchback. but these are the only options i have )
