To be honest I don't know. But the UK cars came with English systems so there must be a possibility of either switching language or installing a system from a UK car which is in English

You should speak to the agent. They will know as I think they plan to import this model officially.

The problem is some systems are multi language, like for cars sold in Europe, they sometimes have multiple European languages. You can sometimes even switch from kph to mph. But this is not possible in all, as providing that facility requires space, and Japanese manufacturers always have Japan only special editions and features.
