Samsung 3D Glases

Does samsung 3 D glases work only with 3D tv ??? Or does it work with any led samrt tv( non 3D)

Worka only with 3d compatible TV.being smart TV is not essential. Smart TV is a standerd TV with some software gimmicks.

Samsung glasses are active glasses with battery on it.it synchronises with TV when you on.I doubt it will work with any other brand which use active 3D technology like Sony,sharp or Panasonic.

LG uses passive 3d technology with simple glasses of two types for both eyes.which is cross compatible with any passive 3d TV or computer monitor with passive 3d capabilities.

I don't find any difference between Samsung/Sony vs much simpler LG setup. Eventhough Samsung boast about active 3d technology it's making no senses at real world.both are same.

Thanks for explanations. I have got 3d glases but no use then I have got normal led tv series 4
