Renewing an out-of-province revenue license

Hi Guys,

I *heard* that it is now possible to renew an out-of-province revenue license from any Divisional Secretariat. For example, the revenue license of a Central Province vehicle can be done from Colombo. 

Is this correct? Has any forum member done it?
