Is there any possibility to go there and purchase spare parts in person and bring back to srilanka? And what about the taxes??

As a tourist you can buy and bring them home.One friend of mine stayed there for three months and he returned with a Premio G Superior shell and a set of chrome door moulding from air.If you plan to send a containor or a huge amount of spares,better to contact someone from there.Usually used parts get lower taxation.
