GP-5 warnning indicaters

I'm using honda gp5 2014, I have observed below failures while driving

01 - experience engine slow down [inside highway] then switch on all dashboard light and it wasn't clear while restarting. the car can move with warning indications after next it has clear all.

02 - while driving automatically move to neutral (N) indicate only the oil light switch off and start then become normal

Anyone experience the same problem?

what are the solutions and kindly share the best place to diagnostic

Did you,

Replaced your 12V battery recently? When ?

Service the car recently with Engine bay washing ?

And, are you the first owner?

Have you check any error codes ( if any)? 

Having any previous issues ? 

Do you know the condition of your hybrid battery?
