Hi Everyone,
Are there any Differently Abled Drivers here?


I was told by the RMV to convert my car's category into Invalid Carriage, but the Cheif Medical Examiner at NTMI Nugegoda gave me clearance to drive a class D vehicle after adding a steering wheel spinner. 


Is this the normal procedure?
