I think cs1 is better than n16, there will be a slight difference in price (which cs1 is little bit higher than n16) but you will get a better fuel economy for the price you pay for a cs1. You can easily find a newer model cs1 for about 2 - 2.5 million (2003-2007).

I'm not an expert, but I hope this will help you to make a good decision [emoji56]
