Any one use Corolla 141, 2008 model more than 125000 KM

Hi, Any one use Corolla 141, 2008 model more than 125000 KM? I have a issue recently i notice that my engine oil level decreasing for every 5000KM, so i change engine oil to toyota sn 15w40, so is there any one who experience slimier case?
