FZ-S V1 Missfire when engine is hot

My FZ-S V1 bike is miss fired when engine is hot. After engine is off little while, it again works few minutes. At that time self start also not works and idle is not work.

Then I changed spark plug and cleaned carbulator. But issue is same. Can anyone give me a solution for that issue, is it electric problem? 

Can I know the place where ai can check my CDI unit near Matara town?
