Temporary Loss of power when accelerating

Hey

So I have a lancer cs1 which I bought a month or so ago. 
 

I have noticed a loss of power when accelerating for the first 15-20 mins or 4-5kms of driving the car after around 10-15 hours of keeping it parked. 
 

This loss of power stops after the initial period and I am able to drive as normal. 
 

Any ideas?
