What is better CE#T Fuelsmarrt, MAXXIS comfort and last long tires

What are the best comfortable and durable tires for an Alto car?  (155/65R13)

I'm considering purchasing one of the following tire brands (for rear tires). 

  • CE#T Fuelsmarrt. - Some say this is more comfortable than regular CE#T tires. It has better radial stiffness, specially sidewalls. 
  • MAXXIS. ( I never use it).

 

I noticed numerous complaints (FB groups) about Ferentino tires due to poor build quality (manufacturer defects) and less durability.
