So i am new to this vehicle world. As i am planning to buy a motorcycle and then modify it i have one important question :

what is the modification limit for motorcycles as per the Sri Lankan traffic rules? i was advised by my friend that if i decide to modify i will have to meet the bribery sector often in the streets. 
 

can anyone advise me on what type of modifications can be done to a motorcycle. As i was planning to modify like a cafe racer body or scrambler body for the bike.
