yes 301 9xxx

Manual or Auto?

Have any of the following been checked recently:

Plugs

Injectors

Air filter

O2 sensor etc.

How is the condition of the exhaust? Is it full of thick black soot?

why not take it to a modern garage which has electronic diagnostics and ask them to run diagnostics on the system and see what's wrong with it?

i put genuine nissan plugs & air filter

clean injector 2 times ( 1st time machine then manual)

check the sensors

above all things done by modern garage & one time involve nissan (A*W) Technicians

but problem still exist !!

Nissans are not known for their fuel efficiency anyway...

have you changed the wheel sizes from stock?

Pi*st*p is a good place so i suppose all you tune ups are done fine...

How about engine compression...

do you get blue smoke...Sluggish startups...

If your loosing compression in the engine for whatever reasons it can affect badly on your fuel consumption...

Have you done any mods to your exhaust? beat barrels? fart cannons? etc

Are you using the right engine oil of the recommended weight... Heavier oils make the engine work a tad bit harder...

I don't know too much about auto transmissions but if your clutch is slipping that can also lead to bad fuel economy...

My 2 cents

cheers

5-6 city & 7-8 outta city is far too low, even for an AT. Do you have any modifications? Other than mechanical problems, your driving style could also result in a very low figure like this. U should get atleast 7-8 in CMB & more than 10 outstations.
