Hi Guys,

I would like to know the going rate of 1999 Honda Virs (EK3) auto

Dear Experts,

My friend's Ek3 VIRS is having following problems and agent's solution is bit expensive therefore i would like to have your coments as well.

1. Multi matic gear box is giving sort of hum with a vibration. Agent says that repair kit to be done and there is no gurantee on that and replacement of a used gear box also not a lasting solution.

2. Engine idle speed drops when A/C is on. (Agent wants to replace the ecu)

well dont know much about the gear box issue..but the AC might not be because of the ECU.. have they checked the AC idle mechnisum.. its usually a step up motor or a vaccum advance.
