Pl.recommend me the best brand new sedan(preferably) to buy for the permit.My Commitment is around 1.7million.

The new version of Toyota corolla 2000CC diesel has just arrived. USD14,000.

Total cost will be around 3.2 Mil

Also I would call it anything but "All new". As per the spec it will carry an obsolete (but without doubt proven) 2C diesel engine. Today diesels have gone far ahead in the direction of Variable Geometry Turbos and Common Rail technology....

It will cost 3.2m even if he has a permit? way too much..!!!.

I saw this car lasdt april when I was in India. not sure whether its 2c though.
