My Nissan n16 makes creaking sounds when driving.It is very subtle but it annoys me.what could it be it only occurs when driving with some load i think it sound like metal parts brushing against

The brake pads may need to be replaced if squeaking occurs during or after braking. or worn wheel bearings. also check the shock absorbers, maybe they need to be replaced
