well, i wouldn't reccomend it bro, cos I personally don't like those.. but that doesnt mean i'm right.. :-)

I saw some at this new place near delkanda... just past the turn-off to the jpura campus (driving towards maharagama).

or else try darley road... they have to have some of those there...

I can't say I have ever seen these in Sri Lanka, if it's what I'm thinking about. But I'm not sure if those look that cool on our local style of number plates. But post a picture if you do get one, interested to see.
